We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to join our team. As an RN Unit Manager at NCG Associates, you will play a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of a nursing unit and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of nurses and support staff
  • Coordinate and allocate resources to ensure efficient workflow
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff
  • Mentor and provide guidance to nursing staff for professional growth
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
  • Handle and resolve any patient or staff concerns
  • Participate in budget planning and control expenses within the unit
  • Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as an RN
  • Prior experience in a leadership or management role, preferably as a nurse manager or charge nurse
  • Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership and team-building abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work well under pressure
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends as needed
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical records and other relevant healthcare software
  • Current BLS certification (Basic Life Support)

Schedule Details: 07:00am-03:30pm(Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri), 8hours shift

License Required: VT or Compact License

License Certificates Required: BLS, AHA

Experience Required: 3years experience in Unit manager
